The promo trailer for the upcoming "Code Black" episode, titled "Behind the Curtain," shows a deadly toxin infects the emergency room at Angels. Even some members of the medical staff are affected by it. However, they realize that the toxin is on the patients' clothing. Apparently, the patients are members of a cult who attempted to commit mass suicide. When the staff members rush to take their clothes off and treat them, all of them declared to exercise their rights to refuse treatment.
